Home Improvement Technician / Skilled Laborer
We are hiring dependable, skilled home-improvement professionals and laborers for residential renovation, repair, restoration and remodeling projects in the DMV area. Work is project-based. We are looking for people who take pride in quality workmanship, show up on time, communicate professionally, and can work independently or as part of a crew.

- Prior experience in your trade or relevant home-improvement work
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to arrive on time and work scheduled hours
- Your own basic tools preferred; specialty tools a plus
- Ability to follow project scopes, take direction, and keep a clean job site
- Professional attitude around homeowners, tenants and other trades
- Ability to lift materials and do physical work safely
- Foremen and lead technicians: experience managing crews, coordinating jobs and holding quality
